THE CONNECTION LAYEREXPLORE THE EXPERIENCE
A sample journey from check-in to follow-up. This walkthrough illustrates a planned experience; it is not a live patient service.
SAMPLE JOURNEY · STEP 1 OF 4
A planned visit begins with confirming identity, reviewing consent, and answering a short intake questionnaire. Each reading would be associated with that person’s session.
A session is prepared for measurements.
Fictional information for demonstration only. Available services and the final experience may vary by deployment.
01 / WHAT WE DO
The kiosk is where the experience begins. The software behind it is designed to make every measurement, session, and handoff work together.
A self-service or provider-assisted access point designed for everyday settings, with optional live teleconsultation based on each deployment.
Associate measurements with the correct patient and session, then organize device outputs into a consistent format.
Integrate readings into existing hospital and clinical systems, supporting the patient’s chosen provider or telehealth workflow alongside connected operations.
MediKiosk is being designed to support your choice of provider or telehealth provider and to integrate with existing hospital systems. Available options and connections will be confirmed for each program.
MEASUREMENTS, PHARMACY & CLINICAL INTELLIGENCE

Select a card to explore how it connects to your care.
Core product design
A guided blood pressure and pulse reading, associated with the right person and the right session.
Designed to bring both readings into one record for participating care teams.
Bring essential readings together in a guided session.
Help patients share results with participating providers.
Explore an appropriate next step based on location and available partners.
The vision goes beyond a single screening. MediKiosk is developing a connected pathway that can help patients share results with participating providers, track changes over time, and find an appropriate next step in care. Depending on the location and available partners, that could include scheduling a visit, connecting with a clinician through an optional teleconsultation, or following up with an existing medical practice.
Built for flexible deployment, MediKiosk is exploring programs for employers, rural communities, retail and residential settings, universities, emergency departments, and healthcare practices. Additional diagnostics and care programs are being evaluated for future phases.
For providers and partners: Help us shape convenient access to care in the places people live, work, and gather.
DESIGNED AROUND YOUR CARE TEAM
MediKiosk is developing configurable healthcare access points around participating care teams, existing clinical systems, and agreed operating responsibilities—from guided measurement through documented follow-up.
Healthcare can be nearby and still difficult to access. Our planned programs explore the barriers at each location: travel, opening hours, language, accessibility, and connection to an appropriate care team. Availability and performance are not yet established.
Guided measurements with a participating-provider handoff, provider-assisted sessions, and live telehealth are planned care pathways. Clinical services, eligibility and escalation would be confirmed for each deployment.
Measurements would enter an agreed clinical workflow with a named team responsible for review and next steps. Provider choice depends on supported connections and local availability.
Proposed pilot measures include record delivery, time to review, completed follow-up, participant experience, staff minutes, uptime, utilization and fully loaded cost per completed episode. Savings require agreed data and methodology.
Proposed configurations only. Dimensions, specifications, installation times and prices remain under development; no format is currently offered as a validated product.
| Configuration | Space and infrastructure | People and clinical needs |
|---|---|---|
| Existing-room retrofit | Private accessible room; power, network security and device placement assessed on site. | Host support, cleaning and a participating care team; agreed record-delivery workflow. |
| Employer / residential access point | Private shared-space placement; accessible route, power, connectivity and access hours to be confirmed. | Assisted-use support and escalation plan; employers and property managers do not receive clinical data merely by hosting. |
| Standalone configuration | Enclosure, footprint, privacy, ventilation, power and connectivity subject to engineering and site review. | Installation, maintenance, cleaning, uptime support and clinical coverage scoped before launch. |
Customer-operated, co-managed and managed-service configurations are being evaluated—not confirmed offerings. Subscription, lease and purchase preferences help us understand demand; terms and availability remain subject to feasibility and agreement.
Before a pilot, the parties would assign responsibility for hardware, onsite support, licensed clinicians, integration, cybersecurity, record access, follow-up, cleaning, maintenance and downtime response.
Every proposal would distinguish one-time implementation costs, recurring fees, clinical services, optional diagnostics, staffing, exclusions and service levels. No lower-cost or faster-deployment claim is made.
Public design status—not proof of implementation. No live Athenahealth or other EHR connection is claimed. Any future status change would require a dated test record and technical approval.
| Workflow | Current public status | Evidence required before use |
|---|---|---|
| Patient / session matching | Planned · not publicly validated | Correct-record matching; ambiguous identities held for review |
| Structured measurement delivery | Planned · not publicly validated | Agreed interface, units, provenance and successful receiving-system check |
| Acknowledgment and recovery | Planned · not publicly validated | Receipt confirmation, duplicate prevention and failed-message retry |
| Follow-up accountability | Planned · not publicly validated | Named owner, overdue escalation, notification and completion record |
| Specimen-to-result pathway | Planned · not publicly validated | Clinical order, identity, labeling, custody, lab result, review and notification |
Blood and urine workflows require clinical and laboratory partners and operational review. Illustrative results are not an on-site test menu. AI intake and decision-support features are planned; predictive insights remain future research.
