WHAT A PILOT COULD SUPPORT

01

Intake and measurements

Evaluate a guided measurement workflow within participating clinics or other care settings, with defined patient and session matching.

02

Community access

Consider an access point beyond the main facility that connects people to participating clinicians and your established care network.

03

Review and follow-up

Explore how readings and trends could flow into your existing hospital system and the patient’s chosen provider or telehealth workflow, subject to agreed integrations.

SHAPING THE PILOT

Start with your setting.

The first conversation would establish:

  • Clinical use case, setting, and responsible care team
  • EHR, interface options, identity matching, and data requirements
  • Review responsibilities, escalation procedures, and follow-up ownership

Define success together.

Agree measures such as successful record delivery, session completion, staff workflow, and completion of planned follow-up.

Plan the responsibilities.

Integrations, clinical responsibilities, and data handling would be reviewed with your organization before use. The concept dashboard does not represent an active EHR connection.

Define the operating model together.

Clinical services, onsite support, integration, maintenance and follow-up responsibilities would be agreed before launch. Customer-operated, co-managed and managed-service options are under evaluation, not confirmed offers.

Proposed initial pilots focus on outpatient measurement capture, record delivery, responsible-team acknowledgment and documented follow-up. Emergency-department applications require separate clinical, regulatory and operational review.
