WHAT A PILOT COULD SUPPORT
A workplace access point could help employees take part in a participating screening or care program without a separate trip for initial measurements.
Plan the experience around your benefits strategy, existing providers, and the people your program is intended to serve.
Support employees’ choice of provider or telehealth provider, with a defined review and follow-up pathway based on available services and integrations.
SHAPING THE PILOT
The first conversation would establish:
Before launch, agree voluntary participation, completed sessions, time away from work, record delivery, documented follow-up, utilization and total cost per completed session. Report savings only with agreed data and methodology.
Hosting a unit would not itself give an employer access to individual health information. Data access and any program reporting would need to be defined with the clinical partner.
Read the pilot FAQ ↗Clinical services, onsite support, integration, maintenance and follow-up responsibilities would be agreed before launch. Customer-operated, co-managed and managed-service options are under evaluation, not confirmed offers.
Deployment requirements, integration readiness and proposed pilot measures ↗Programs are in development. Pilot locations, dates, costs, services, and participating providers remain subject to confirmation.
